Extended Session
For more complex situations or when you need additional time to work through a challenge in depth.
Starter Package
Three sessions over 4–6 weeks. Establishes your baseline, builds an AI habit design, and tracks your progress. The most effective entry point for individuals.
Individual advisory draws directly on Dr. Kilburg’s Ph.D. in experimental psychology, over 30 years of practice across five continents, and operational AI deployment with thousands of professionals. Sessions are conducted via Google Meet, Zoom, or in person at your location. A free 30-minute introductory call precedes all advisory engagements.

30-Day AI Habit Design
A structured 30-day program using the REWIRE™ methodology to build conscious AI habits. Includes daily prompts, weekly check-ins, and The Triad™ capacity assessment.
The $425 advisory rate reflects engagements with senior professionals where the context is complex, the stakes are meaningful, and the advice must be both psychologically grounded and operationally practical. This rate is consistent with what major global consulting firms charge for equivalent senior advisory work in AI deployment contexts. Sessions are available via Google Meet, Zoom, or in person at your location.
Half-Day Workshop

Travel Policy
Travel costs for on-site engagements are covered by the client. For engagements elsewhere, travel costs are covered by the client. Travel days are billed at 50% of the applicable daily rate.
Workshop pricing reflects full preparation, framework customization for your organizational context, and delivery by Dr. Kilburg or a certified Mind Leap facilitator. These are not off-the-shelf presentations — they are designed engagements grounded in your organization’s specific AI adoption context, delivered wherever your people are.
3-Month Engagement
Diagnostic phase, Foundations workshop, Purpose Ladder™ individual assessments, AI habit design program, and monthly advisory check-ins. Delivered on-site, virtually, or in hybrid format across multiple locations.
6-Month Engagement

Train-the-Trainer Licensing

Multi-month engagements involve significant preparation, ongoing delivery, measurement design, and organizational consulting that extends well beyond workshop facilitation. Pricing reflects the full scope of work and the organizational impact of sustained capability building over time — whether your teams are in one location or spread across continents.

12-Month Program

18-Month Program
Extended transformation with deeper culture integration, Train-the-Trainer program, internal capability transfer, and sustained measurement through the full program period.
24-Month Program
The comprehensive transformation engagement. Full organizational reach, leadership pipeline development, internal certification program, and two-year impact measurement.
Large Organization Supplement
Organizations with 2,000–5,000 employees add 25% to the base program rate to reflect additional scope, coordination complexity, and delivery requirements.

For programs requiring Dr. Kilburg’s direct monthly involvement beyond program oversight — executive advisory, board-level advisory, and direct facilitation at your locations.
Track B — Executive Advisory Retainer
Individual Executive
Monthly advisory retainer for C-suite executives, senior government officials, and organizational leaders navigating ongoing AI strategy decisions. Conducted via Google Meet, Zoom, or in person at your location.
Leadership Team
Monthly advisory retainer for senior leadership teams. Includes individual advisory, team sessions, strategic AI advisory, and access to all Mind Leap frameworks and tools. Available globally.
Board Advisory
Quarterly board-level advisory on AI strategy, governance, and organizational capability. Includes board presentation preparation and delivery upon request (+$25,000 per presentation). Available in person or via video call.
Strategic transformation engagements at this level involve direct access to Dr. Kilburg’s expertise, sustained organizational consulting, and measurable culture change at scale. These rates are consistent with senior management consulting engagements of equivalent scope, duration, and complexity — and reflect the unique intersection of psychology, diplomacy, and AI that Mind Leap Institute brings to this work, from any location in the world.

What you should know before engaging.
Pro Bono & Mission-Aligned Discounts
Mind Leap Institute reserves capacity for pro bono and reduced-fee engagements with nonprofit organizations, government agencies with limited budgets, and mission-driven institutions whose work aligns closely with our values. Inquire directly — we evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis and are genuinely committed to making this work accessible where we can.
Payment & Currency
Individual advisory sessions are invoiced per session or per package. Organizational engagements require a signed agreement and deposit before work begins. Multi-month programs are invoiced monthly. Standard fees are in USD. Invoicing in EUR is available for European clients upon request. We accept ACH transfer, wire transfer, and major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Individual sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full. Organizational workshop cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled date are charged at 50% of the engagement fee. Program cancellations are governed by the terms of the signed engagement agreement.
Confidentiality
All client engagements are conducted under strict confidentiality. We do not reference client names, organizations, or engagement details in our marketing or public materials without explicit written permission. We are particularly attentive to confidentiality requirements for government, intelligence community, and international clients.
